We ship worldwide.
I live in an EU country. Can you ship the bike here?
Yes, we can ship to all EU countries. The shipping cost is €79* for a complete bike VAT excluded. This is the final price you will pay, with no additional taxes or fees in the EU.

When will my bike be shipped?
We will provide you with an estimated shipping date based on your order’s position in the queue.
I live outside UK. What if I have an issue with my bike?
For minor service or maintenance, please visit your local bike shop. They can also handle warranty claims for third-party components like Shimano or Fulcrum. If you have a major component failure of a Fara branded product (e.g., frame, fork, seatpost, cockpit or bags), and it’s a valid warranty claim, you will have to contact us directly and we’ll send a replacement and reimburse repair costs at your chosen bike shop.

What are the shipping options to the USA and “Rest of the World”?
Shipping to the USA and Canada is handled by DHL. The cost is available on our Delivery and Returns information page: HERE. Taxes are not included in the price.
